Use this form as the internal onboarding checklist for new plumbing tenants. Pilot accounts stay request-only, while full-service accounts are set up for calendar-direct booking, reminders, and follow-up automation when those features are enabled.

This form is the human review step for onboarding and future tenant updates. Complete every section carefully, verify the business rules, then save. Do not treat form completion alone as automatic launch approval.

Use `Existing Tenant Google Sheet ID` when you want onboarding to attach a specific live sheet. Use `Google Sheet Template ID` only when you want onboarding to create a fresh copy.
Recommended pairing: `pilot` with `request_only`, and `full_service` with `calendar_direct` when a Google Calendar connection will be provisioned.
Vapi Number Setup
Use these fields once the Vapi number exists. The readable Vapi number is what the business forwards calls to. The Vapi phone number ID is what the platform uses for tenant routing and resolution.
Forwarding reference: conditional mobile forwarding is commonly set with `*61*number#` for no answer, `*62*number#` for unreachable, and `*67*number#` for busy. Some carriers vary, so verify the exact code with the carrier before giving instructions to a customer.

Use the validated business address as the anchor for nearby service-area suggestions, then edit the final city and ZIP lists before saving.
